The sliding rings ensure that the anatomical mouthpiece always returns to a neutral position and rests gently in the horse's mouth. At the same time, the bit plates provide lateral guidance and stabilize the position of the bit in the horse's mouth, offering slight lateral influence that can particularly support young horses in bending and turns.
