The Rope Gag Bit is a type of bit used primarily for horses, designed to provide gentle and precise control without causing excessive discomfort to the animal. This particular bit consists of a metal ring and a rope that pass through the horse's palate. The bit's structure allows for direct signals to be transmitted through the mouth, allowing the horse to be more responsive than traditional bits.

Technical specifications

The "gag" design encourages greater twisting action, allowing for more precise control without compromising the sensitivity of the horse's mouth.
The bit is equipped with black cords that attach to the side rings, ensuring easy application and removal.
It is suitable for horses that require greater control during training or competitions, particularly useful for horses that tend to be more sensitive in the mouth area.

Info & care

To ensure the longevity of the bit, it is important to clean it regularly. Simply use warm water and a soft cloth to remove sweat and dirt after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, which could damage the material.
The bit should be used with caution, as the "gag" action can be more aggressive than other types of bits. It is recommended to use it under the supervision of an expert, especially on horses not accustomed to this type of tool.
Store the bit in a dry place, away from humidity and high temperatures, which could damage the plastic material.
