The pages of products that have one include the brand's size guide, with the reference measurements. Sizes are not consistent across different brands, so it is always worth checking the table on the product you are looking at rather than relying on a previous purchase. If you are still unsure about a specific item, write to customer service quoting the product code before you order.
Yes. Amahorse Group owns the brands Equestro, Acavallo, Franceschini Stivali Milano, Le Selle Italiane and Seaver, and distributes the other brands in the catalogue as their official distributor. The online shop is run directly by the group.
Availability is updated continuously and many items are restocked. On the product page, on the individual size and colour variant, you can set an availability alert: you will receive an email when that variant becomes available again. The alert applies to the variant you chose, not to the whole product.
Some brands have distribution agreements that limit sales to certain markets. When a product cannot be sold in the country of the store you are visiting, the page shows the notice "Product not available in your country" and the item cannot be bought from that store.
The warranty is not the same for every item: its length and conditions change from product to product, because they depend on the brand, the type of item and the use it is intended for. The conditions that apply to a specific item are the ones stated in the documentation supplied with the product and on its product page. To find out what the warranty covers on the item you bought, write to customer service quoting your order number and the product code.
Write to customer service at ordini-shop@amahorse.com quoting your order number, the item code and a description of the problem, attaching photos that show the defect. We will assess the case, check the warranty conditions that apply to that product and tell you how to proceed. Wear resulting from normal use and damage caused by improper use or incorrect care are not covered.
Every product page shows the composition, sizes and features available, with the image gallery and, for some items, the 3D viewer. For products that require mandatory information — ingredients, allergens, directions for use, warnings, storage — the "Product Information" section of the corporate site lets you look them up by entering the code printed on the packaging.
The group's leather care range is designed to nourish deeply and preserve the suppleness and shine of saddles and harnesses over time. Specific care instructions are printed on the product packaging and shown on the item's catalogue page.
